~ In Memory of Olan Watson ~

Sadly, Ole passed away on November 9, 2002... but his memory and his ponies live on!

Ole (short for Olan), resided in Port Orchard and was a KMC charter member.   Ole served as our Club's first Membership Chair on the Board in 1988.   Over the years Ole also served on our Board as Treasurer in 1994, 2nd Newsletter Editor in 1995, Tours and Events Chair in 1996 and 1997, and our Vice President in 1999 and 2000.  Ole shared his vast Mustang knowledge with our Club members and was very helpful with numerous Mustang restoration projects within our Club!  This man was truly a dedicated Mustang enthusiast, and we truly have enjoyed having Ole (and Pearletta) as members of our Club!

Ole owned  two Mustangs at the time of his passing...  a red 1970 Boss 302 and a green '65 Horsey (pictured above).   Also, in the past, Ole owned and restored several Ponies.  Among them were:  a 1964 1/2 Coupe, 1965 Fastback, a 1965 Coupe, a 1966 Fastback GT-350 Hurst Shelby, and a 1967 GTA 390 Fastback.   This man was a real Mustang enthusiast in the true sense of the term!
