Kitsap Mustang Club Presents

Roy and Ellie Schaefer's 1966 Shelby GT350

Roy and Ellie Schaefer live in Port Orchard, and have been members of the Kitsap Mustang Club since September of 1996.   They participate in numerous car shows with the Club, and help with the KMC Mustang display at the Kitsap Mall in Silverdale each year since they have joined.  Also, they generously donated funds for and sponsored a special catagory trophy for our Annual show this year.  With several Ponies in their corral... and a tremendous amount of Mustang enthusiasm, we are pleased that they are among us as KMC members!

This fabulous Mustang owned by the Schaefer's is a 1966 Shelby GT350.  It has candy apple red exterior, with black interior.  It runs on a 289 HI PO engine, with a Ford 4 speed Top Loader transmission.  The vehicle Was purchased by the Schaefer's in August of 1998 in Sacremento, California.  After the transfer to Washington, it was painted by Rainbow Auto Body.  The engine was then detailed and the interior was touched up by our own KMC member...Bob Wolfe.

Roy and Ellie also have three other Ponies to accompany this one.   A 1967 Shelby GT500, night mist blue.  A 1966 2+2 Fastback, wimbledon white.  And a 1999 S 281 Saleen, black.  These Mustangs can all be found on the Members & Their Mustangs Pages as well.  Should you want to talk Mustangs with Roy and Ellie, their email address is:   royel1976@aol.com
